If I had to look back on every image I have captured in 2012 I would say that this is my absolute favorite! I am in love with the innocence and the magical feel of this capture. As soon as I saw this costume I knew that this is what I wanted to create. I had the final result in my mind and I was itching to get it captured digitally. Thanks to my mother for suggesting the wings. It just added the extra mystical element to the final result!

I processed this image with Paint the Moon's Luminosity & Artisan collection: Deep Rich Matte, Earthen Ruby Vignette, Vintage Vanilla, and Whispers along with some hand editing.
